- Artifact Integrity Protocol: Should your piece arrive with a structural or printing anomaly, the responsibility is entirely ours. Simply email us a photo demonstrating the issue. Our artisans will immediately authorize a free replacement. There is no need to return the anomalous item; we prefer you dispose of it responsibly.
- Curated Sets: Curated collections (e.g., The Signature Set) must be returned as a complete entity. Partial returns disrupt the conceptual integrity of the set and cannot be accepted.
