Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our gallery. We want you to love your acquisition. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected—and we are here to help. Below you will find our detailed protocol regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. 30-Day Return Window
(General Returns)
For standard returns, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.
- The Rule: As long as you contact us via email to start the return process within this 30-day window, your request is valid.
- Timing: The time it takes for the package to reach our facility does not affect your eligibility, provided you initiated the request on time.
BUNDLE PURCHASES
(e.g., The Signature Set)
- Rule: Returns must include all items from the curated bundle.
- Restriction: Partial returns are not accepted for bundled purchases. Since the aesthetic and pricing integrity is applied across multiple items, they must be returned as a complete entity.
PROMOTIONAL FREE GIFTS
(e.g., The Manifesto Tote)
Complimentary additions are conditional upon meeting the acquisition threshold.
- Threshold Check: If any item from a qualifying order is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the promotional threshold, the complimentary gift must also be returned in pristine condition.
- Deduction: If the complimentary item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital artifacts are non-refundable and cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Sizing
To maintain our strict quality and hygiene protocols, returned artifacts are never restocked or resold. They are responsibly decommissioned or recycled.
- The Customer Pays: You are responsible for paying the return transit logistics for general returns. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for these requests.
- Sizing Disclaimer: Wrong size ordered is not considered a structural defect. We strongly recommend reviewing the Product Dimensions chart provided on each page prior to acquisition.
3. Defective or Damaged Artifacts (Quality Assurance Protocol)
If an artifact arrives with a structural or printing anomaly, the responsibility is entirely ours. To ensure a swift and precise resolution, we operate under a diagnostic protocol.
- Claim Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Diagnostic Verification: To process your claim, please email us with:
- A clear Photo of the anomaly.
- A short, unedited Video demonstrating the issue.
- Why Video? A moving visual allows our Quality Assurance team to accurately diagnose anomalies within the Chiaroscuro architecture or Airlume fabric and authorize your replacement immediately.
- Color Variation Notice: Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the integrated printing process. Such natural variations are not considered defects.
4. The "Care Ritual" & Product Integrity
Our designs are inked into the fibers using specialized techniques. This artifact requires specific care to maintain its structure.
- Scientific Disclaimer: The "Care Ritual" (Cold Wash / Air Dry / Iron Reverse) listed on our pages is mandatory. High heat or strong chemicals scientifically break down the fabric fibers.
- Liability: Damage caused by improper care (e.g., shrinkage from a dryer, cracking from hot washing, or ironing directly on the print) is strictly excluded from our refund policy.
5. Immediate Processing & Transit Liability
- All Sales Are Final: We cannot accept cancellations or changes to address/size after checkout, as our automated logistics system sends orders to production instantly.
- Incorrect Address Input: The accuracy of the shipping coordinates is entirely the customer's responsibility. We do not issue refunds for packages lost due to missing or incorrect details.
- Post-Delivery Security: Once the carrier's tracking system marks a package as 'Delivered,' the security of that package becomes the customer's responsibility. Arsanima.studio is not liable for artifacts compromised after a successful delivery scan.
6. Refunds
- Standard Returns: Refunds are processed only after the return package is received and inspected at our designated facility.
- Defective Items: For verified anomalies, replacements may be issued without requiring a physical return, subject to our review of the provided evidence.
7. Policy Abuse & Dispute Resolution
- Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent claims (including AI-manipulated evidence).
- Curator Resolution: Arsanima.studio is dedicated to absolute customer satisfaction. We respectfully request that you contact hello@arsanima.studio to seek a resolution prior to engaging financial institutions for disputes, allowing our team to provide an immediate and elegant solution.
How to Initiate a Return
IMPORTANT: Do NOT send items back to the origin address without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

- Attachments: For damaged items, please attach 1 Photo and 1 Short Video to assist our artisans in immediate verification.
- Response: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
