Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully prepare our products and strive to produce each order at the highest quality standards. However, unexpected situations may occur. Below, you can find the details of our return and exchange policy.
1. General Terms for Returns and Exchanges
- To ensure each piece is specially made for you, all of our products are created on-demand. For this reason, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there is any issue with your order, we are here to make it right.
- However, if your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will be happy to assist you by following the procedures below.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive the wrong product, size, or color, or if there is a noticeable printing defect, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue.
- Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Size Mismatch
- To avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage you to check the detailed size chart on each product page before ordering. Since every item is printed on-demand, we are unable to offer exchanges for size-related issues.
- We strongly recommend checking the size chart in the product description before placing your order.
4. Products Damaged During Shipping
- If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
- Once we assess the situation, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
5. Customer Errors
- Returns or exchanges cannot be made for customer errors, such as providing an incorrect address or ordering the wrong size or model.
- However, if your order has not yet gone into production, you may request changes within 24 hours of placing the order.
6. Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, and refunds cannot be issued for shipping delays.
- However, if the delivery takes significantly longer than expected, we will work to find a solution to compensate for the inconvenience.
7. Can I Get My Order Resent or Refunded If I Entered the Wrong Address?
- If the address was entered incorrectly, we can cancel the order only if it has not been shipped yet.
- However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address or resend the order.
- We can open a dispute with the postal service regarding the incorrect address. If the postal service accepts our dispute, we will cover your order.

Please make sure to include your apartment (APT) number. Orders with missing or incorrect addresses are not covered under our USPS order protection policy.
