This total delivery time includes our processing period. Depending on stock levels, orders may ship on the same day they are placed or take up to 2 business days to process.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free for orders of $65 or more. For orders under $65, a flat shipping fee of $8.85 applies.

What if there's a problem with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at hello@arsanima.studio within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund for you at no cost.
